A Dinner Conversation - Why I Like Munich
So this is part of the conversation at dinner on Saturday night..
Me..(banging on about being Bavarian in another life)
Mark: "you know everyone laughs at the Bavarians"
Me: "No,why?"
Louise: "well, everyone likes them, but you can't take them seriously, everyone laughs at them"
Me: "but why?"
Mark: "Well, they're yokels"
ME: "Yokels?? like westies? Like Dale Kerrigan (the Castle)?"
Mark: "No Like Queenslanders..that's what they are..Queenslanders
Me: "O no wonder I feel so at home there!"
Everyone laughs!!!!!!!!
